Confidentiality

Your privacy and confidentiality are important to me. The information you share with me is private and release of information would only occur with your written permission. There are a few rare exceptions to this rule which are outlined in detail in my Notice of Privacy Practices (NPP). If such a situation occurred, I would make every effort to discuss it with you first before taking any action. All clients are provided with a copy of my NPP to learn my office policy and procedures for protecting your confidentiality.
