Orientation to Therapy

My goal is to help clients live lives that are authentic and meaningful. I believe that personal problems develop from a complex interaction of factors, and I take a comprehensive approach with each client. I am aware of how social problems, racial and cultural identity, unhealthy thinking patterns, and family dynamics impact individuals. I value a holistic approach to treatment, and pay attention to clients' emotional, mental, spiritual, physical, and relational life.
