Initial appointment - $250.00

Follow up appointments - $180.00

You may pay by cash, check, credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express), Health Savings Account, or Flex Spending Account.

Beginning January 01, 2026, I will be an Out Of Network provider for all insurance companies.

I am currently an In Network Provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield. I am also contracted with Medicare (through December 31, 2025).
